We worked extensively with partners to form community teams to attend the summit.  We encouraged communities to form teams that include:

- school and public librarian(s)
- school/district leader(s)
- school board members
- educator preparation program leader(s) that work closely with that community's schools
- banking leader(s)
- workforce/economic development leader(s)
- philanthropic leader(s)
- education technology leaders
- 21st century community learning center director or designee
- human service agency leader(s)
- gender equity leaders

These and other local leaders will provide the nucleus for a highly inclusive community planning process, bringing together additional stakeholders, to close the digital divide in support of local priorities for economic and educational opportunity.
